Google Pixelbook 2 is the latest version of Chromebooks. They are more popular than ever in the laptop market, which is as tough as nails. Since Chrome OS seems to be getting more and more popular, a Google Pixelbook 2 might not come out until 2023.
When the first Google Pixelbook came out in 2017, critics liked it, but customers didn’t. Even though the new Google laptop was a great piece of tech, many people didn’t buy it because it cost $1,000 and ran on the untested Chrome OS.
Will there be a Pixelbook 2?
We thought Google would release a new Pixelbook in 2019, and with the Pixelbook Go, it kind of did. This wasn’t really a sequel to the Pixelbook from 2017.
The Pixel Slate is also made by Google. It is a Chrome OS tablet/hybrid like the Microsoft Surface. That was also not really a follow-up to the Pixelbook. People didn’t like the Pixel Slate, though, and now Google no longer makes any tablets at all.
Do You know the Exact Launch Date of Google Pixelbook 2?
Since Google stopped making Pixel Slates and kept the Pixelbook name for the Pixelbook Go in 2019, it seems likely that the company will make a Pixelbook 2. The most important question was whether or not it would happen in 2021. Right now, it doesn’t look like that will happen. At this point, 2023 seems like a more likely date. Even more so because the Pixelbook 2 didn’t come out at the Pixel Fall Launch event that Google held in October 2021, and a Google manager has confirmed that the Pixelbook 2 won’t come out in 2022.

Features of Google Pixelbook 2
We had originally hoped to see the Pixelbook 2 at Google’s fall hardware event on September 30, 2020. Google came out with the Pixel 5, Pixel 4a 5G, Nest Audio smart speaker, and new Chromecast with Google TV, but it didn’t make a Pixelbook. After that, we hoped that the PixelBook 2 would come out at the Pixel Fall Launch event in October 2021, where the Pixel 6 lineup was shown.
Do Know About Pixebook Go and Pixelbook 2?
At this event in October 2017, Google showed off its first Pixelbook. Then, at the event in 2018, it showed off the Pixel Slate. At the event in 2019, it showed off the Pixelbook Go. So, it made sense to think that in 2020 or 2021, the new Pixelbook would be shown at the same event.
What is the Delaying Reason of Google Pixelbook 2?
As with everything else, it is likely that the COVID-19 pandemic changed these plans for 2020. But Google also missed the 2021 date for the sequel’s release, so we don’t know what could have caused these delays. A Google manager recently said that the company has no plans to make a Pixelbook 2 in 2021 or 2022. The manager did not say that the business would begin operations in 2023.

Google Pixelbook 2: Did Google Stop Making it?
In 2022, there won’t be a Pixelbook 2, according to a manager at Google. The manager didn’t say what would happen after the year 2023. The original Pixelbook 12 and Pixelbook Go can still be bought.
What are the Google Pixelbook Features?
The 3:2 touchscreen display on the first Pixelbook was one of the things that made it stand out. Most laptop screens are 16:9, so this is the first thing that makes the Pixelbook stand out. Will the width to height ratio of the Pixelbook 2 be the same?
Pixelbook Go, the newest laptop from the Pixel brand, has a screen that is 16:9 and it is latest technology. Also, the lackluster response to the Pixel Slate could mean that people don’t want 3:2. Also, no other major laptop line has used the 3:2 design, so Google may drop the 3:2 feature to stay competitive.
How Much does a Google Pixelbook 2 Costs?
First, Pixelbook was criticized because it cost $1,000. (So did the Pixel Slate’s high price tag.) If you think about this, you might think that Google would try to lower the Pixelbook 2’s starting price.
